Because we aim to process orders quickly you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a refund after it is received.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holiday seasons. Typically orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Orders should be shipped the next day after processed. We don't ship on weekends.
All our inventory is shipped from USA to USA only. Orders typically take around a week, but please allow up to two weeks after processing due to high demand.
If you don't receive your order within 4 weeks you are eligible for a refund. For refunds contact us at shopjerrome@gmail.com Let us know if anything is wrong with your purchase. Please include your order number along with pictures of any issues. We will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. All credit and debit cards will be refunded to their issued bank account within 7-10 days of receipt of the refunded item or cancellation request. Contact the issuing bank for details on when the credit will be posted to your account if delayed.
